Private Sauna Session (55 minute booking)
Book a 55 minute private session in our Sauna for 10-12 people. This is £105 for a 55 min session in any of our 5 traditional Finnish saunas.
Shared Social Session (1 hour booking)
Book a one hour social session in our Sauna where there will be 8 guests in total. This is £16 for a 55 minute session in any of our 5 traditional Finnish saunas.
Sauna & Sea Experience (90 minute booking)
A wonderful introduction to cold water therapy with a dip in the North Sea followed with a warm up in the sauna. Check our booking page for special seasonal sessions.
Luxury Sauna & Sea Experience (90 minute booking)
You will be welcomed with a hot drink and a warm smile. After a sage cleansing to remove any negative energies that you may be carrying, you will be guided into the North Sea to get outside your comfort zone and feel truly alive! Being guided into the cold water helps you feel reassured, we will practice some breathe work that will give you the tools to cope with the discomfort. After your dip you will warm up and relax in the sauna, you will be encouraged to repeat the sea, sauna to encourage your shock proteins, after which we will enjoy a rustic breakfast or lunch.
